Hi there! I just sent the following kudos along to the NSPE management team, but I wanted to pass it along to you as well. You have wonderful employees! *** Dear NSPE management team, My husband, kids, and I just returned from a full day and evening at the Ex here in Truro, and I just wanted to send along a note of appreciation to Hincheys Rides and Amusements. We have attended a lot of fairs, carnivals, and exhibitions over the years, and my husband and I found this year's rides staff to be exceptionally friendly and kind. Our two-year-old daughter and four-year-old son rode every single kiddie ride MANY times today, and we were consistently impressed with the level of service we received -- particularly the friendly young man running the Go Gater, who would make funny faces at the kids each time they passed through. They were shrieking with laughter each time, and it was making all of the parents smile, too. The stand-out employee of the night, however, was the older gentleman running the kiddie train ride. Our kids are a bit wary of strangers -- and our daughter, in particular, is not very receptive to people she doesn't know -- but they absolutely adored this sweet man. He was so funny and friendly to each child, and he was a huge highlight of the day. My kids rode so frequently today that he and my daughter had a special high-five routine, and he and my son had an ongoing joke about stealing his hat. He was also friendly and chatty with the parents, and really impressed me by explaining how he takes his responsibility seriously, to keep our children safe on his ride. Hi. I had my 3 year old daughter to the Gagetown fair today and just wanted to thank you and your employees, she had a blast on the rides. There was a guy in his early 20s looking after the balloon/dart game. He was great with my daughter, just a kind friendly guy. She won a Hello Kitty doll and it made her day, she has it with her in bed right now haha. Please extend my thanks to that guy. Take care , Scott S, Gagetown, New Brunswick
